Cho 160gr bột mì, 1 muỗng cà phê muối nở, 25gr dầu ăn, 50ml nước đường vào 1 cái tô, trộn đều thành một khối bột mềm, mịn.
Chia hỗn hợp này thành 4 phần bằng nhau, lần lượt nặn thành hình con heo.
Vo tròn bột để làm thành mặt con heo. Dùng ít bột làm mũi, sử dụng đầu nhọn của đũa để làm thành 2 lỗ mũi. Tiếp tục nặn bột làm 2 tai cho heo. Cho hạt đậu đen vào làm mắt.
Dùng tăm nhấn xuống 3 đường cạnh mắt heo để tạo lông mi cho heo. Quết thêm 1 lớp lòng đỏ trứng gà xung quanh bánh.
Cho bánh lên khay nướng, đặt trong lò, nướng khoảng 10 phút ở nhiệt độ 200 độ C.
